I bought an expensive gaming laptop ($2700) and asked it to be delivered to this specific location (3090 Boul. de la Gare, Vaudreuil-Dorion, QC) because I needed it the next day, but it is getting delivered to Ottawa (200 km away) instead. Calling their call center does absolutely nothing. I was promised that a store manager would give me a call but nothing happened. Terrible customer service. Good luck with your business. Never Worst Buy again.PS. I was finally contacted by the store manager and the issue was fixed. The laptop was delivered to the store on Monday. Luckily it wasn't too late so it worked well. The fact that I had to spend a couple of hours on the phone speaking with 3 different people trying to rectify the issue isn't funny.

I had the most horrendous encounter with customer service today, an experience that will forever be etched in my memory. I entered the store with my 8-year-old son, eagerly searching for the Nintendo video games section. A gentleman, presumably an employee, directed us towards a large metal cage where all the games were stored. Initially, I saw no issue with this arrangement, except for the fact that the games were stacked like books on a shelf, making it impossible to see them clearly.My son, ever enthusiastic, approached the man and politely asked for the Mario Kart game. Without hesitation, the man plunged his hand into the cage, between the narrow rails, and retrieved the game. Unfortunately, due to the obstructed view caused by those rails, I couldn't catch a proper glimpse of it. Hoping for a little assistance, I kindly requested the man to hand it over so that I could examine it better. Shockingly, his response was a curt and resolute, "THAT IS NOT HAPPENING!" Yes, he actually uttered those words!At that moment, I made a decision. I turned to my disappointed son and whispered, "Let's leave son. This is a prime example of abysmal customer service, a treatment that should never be tolerated." My frustration with this individual's appalling behavior knew no bounds. He should genuinely be ashamed of himself, as his disgraceful conduct tarnishes the reputation of this establishment.***Updated a few days later***After taking the advice of the individual who responded, I decided to reach out. To my disappointment, there was no response. They informed me that they would handle the matter internally, leaving me in the dark about the outcome. Can you believe it? This kind of business practice and customer service is absolutely disgraceful. It's astonishing that this establishment is still operating. It's no wonder why Amazon is dominating the market with their outstanding customer service. There are plenty of other electronics retailers offering the same merchandise, so I urge you to steer clear of BestBuy. Perhaps they should consider changing their name to WorstBuy!

I showed up with a working computer that only had a tiny piece of my broken charger stuck in the charging port. After a three second look at my device, the technician indicated that they would need to send the computer away for two to three weeks and the charge would be a minimum of $200. I quickly left and later found a fellow up the street who fixes laptops. He looked at it, retrieved a tool and popped the piece out in seconds at zero charge. This Bestbuy service was horrible and subpar. Thank goodness I knew enough to walk away.

I never write reviews but i felt as if i had to after my experience at your store. I came in looking for a laptop as my old one is getting slow. I was first served by Charlie who didn't seem to happy to serve me. I asked him a few questions but his answers were of no help and he ran off to talk with the other employees the first chance he had. About 5-10 minutes later another employee named David approached me and asked me if i needed any help. Since the previous employee was of no help, i spoke a bit with him and he was more than happy to help me with all my questions and actually offered productive information. A couple minutes later he was told by his manager or a superior that he couldn't serve me and that since Charlie was the employee in charge of that department he was the only one who could help me out. I was very disappointed as David and i were in the middle of a conversation and he was helping me out a lot more than Charlie ever did. I decided to not buy anything and left empty handed as i found that extremely unprofessional. You guys should reconsider which employees you have as many of them seem like they are there just to kill time and do not seem like they want anything to do with your customers. Thanks again to David, the only employee who seemed to actually want to help me out.

After this Covid they have the worst "communication "ever..!!! if you need to put simple question regarding a product if they have it or they don't have it in stock , if you try to contact your own store in your own town ..it's impossible ..you need to go there ! Best Buy is the worst!

Wife and I bought 2 phones on black Friday.. it turned into a nightmare situation to long to type here, however a fine young man at the wireless counter named Luigi delt with the very complicated issue in a very patient and professional manner. It took 3 days to finally get my phone .. (no fault to the store) Luigi was great throughout the entire process. Solid customer service.

Extremely poor service.Purchased a Samsung Washer and Dryer which was supposed to be delivered last Friday 2nd December.The delivery guys arrived with the washer physically damaged ( as if it had fallen of the truck). We did not accept the Washer but accepted the Dryer. Even though I had paid for the installation and hoses, the delivery guys did not install the dryer.Now, I have been following up every day with the customer service and have visited the store twice to get the delivery date for the new washer. Still no update or Information.I was told by the staff at the store that there are many of that model number units availble in stock. Yet, they keep passing the buck between different teams.

Went to Best Buy Vaudreuil-Dorion today to switch phone plans with Best Buy Mobile. The Customer Service representatives were courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Baw, Noah and Inder for your consumer electronic needs.

Awful! Avoid!! They signed me up for a membership WITHOUT my knowledge and then when I caught it on my credit card statement I contacted them. They said too bad and refused to refund me and cancel the membership without paying for 12 months. Will never shop here again. Crooks!

Purchased an iPhone 12 as a birthday present for my daughter. Was lied to and made promises that they couldn’t keep. Discovered the lies and BS within a week of purchasing the phone. Do not trust this store. Do not do business with Alex or Noah in the cell phone department. You’ll regret it. Had much better service and knowledgeable staff in Pointe-Claire.

Just bought a Samsung Smart tv, 55, QN90A. Very happy with my purchase. Good service, Alex and Pablo were very helpful for us to make our decision. The only thing I would suggest is to remined the customer of the actual size. I had a 55" before and when the new one arrived, we noticed a smaller size. It doesn't have a frame around the screen, therefore we would have taken a 60". But, my fault, and still very happy with it. Thanks again, Ray
