“I knew right away I came to the right place as soon as I walked in. The place is spotless and yes, including their repair shop, that speaks volumes to me.
They repaired 2 tires that were incorrectly installed at another Giant Store very quickly, no charge. I ended up buying a new bike and due to my own incomptence, broguht it back because I had other questions. Louis gave me his cell and even offered to stop by my house on the West Island if I was still having problems. I figured it out on my own, all good.
