By explaining our intentions with the piece in question, we were given very relevant educational advice, which was very welcome. One of the butchers, Sabrina, offered us impeccable service, accompanied by her valuable advice. I am a Costco member and I think I will stop buying my meat there because it has better marketability in my opinion. **If you want to be even better served, call at least one day in advance so that your order can be prepared as desired. ;-)”
