Last week I wanted to buy a light for my car. There weren't any so I had to pay for 2 (around $50). I had to spend 30 minutes with the man who advised me. I asked Are you sure this is the right one? He assured me yes. Well no, the bulb doesn't fit into the hole. Today I'm going back to get a refund but I'm being told that the packaging is broken, they can't. I was extremely careful there was only one cut on the packaging. It's really annoying to be informed and it's not the right thing and it costs me more than $50 for your mistake!!!Thank you customer service for giving me a gift card. Better service than in the store.

Of all the canadian tires store I went to (50+) this CT store in Vaudreuil is the most Customer oriented and friendly. Willing to go the extra mile to satisfy a customer unlike other stored that brush you off.

For the love of god avoid Crappy tire, especially this location. Go to point claire or pincourt, they wouldn't even take return of their own product even though it shows on the system. Even accuse you of returning a different product. Their inventory system belongs to last century, kind of frustrating knowing how easy it is to fix it...

Service Centre-came home with a missing wiring panel and loose bolts on the cross bar (JEEP) allowing anyone to get the roof off. I called the manager and was informed that all thé mechanics drive Porches and Audis so no one is interested in my cheap Jeep……. Not sure what calling customer service as suggested would do. The damage is done. The service manager was clear. His mechanics make more money than I do and drive better cars ?♀️ His exact words, your Jeep isn’t worth anything.

Why do I always feel like I’m being looked at like a thief when I try to return something at CT? This ‘heavy duty professional tire guage’ was at best a weather ballon inflator. My PSI was actually so far out and high, it damaged my tires running them with so much air.I decided to first try a call to the 800 no. after the Vaudreuil manager (??) offered me the same product in exchange. Why would I want the same lousy, unsafe product. Like…money back please.So the deal I see with this Big Box ‘Dollar’ store co., is that they are the thieves. Their policy on returns is so confusing and so rigid and all a customer can get from a defective produxt is the run around and then get offered the same cheap product.BTW, this review was written AFTER speaking with management and AFTER speaking with TRIANGLE customer service…press 4 to hold. ??.Shop Costco, shop Walmart, shop Napa. Otherwise BUYER BEWARE!
