I had a really bad service I would never go back they charged me 15hr 2500$ and the only thing they did was my belly pan they did not replace the ball joints like they said they would .they told me I have to replace the wheels on my ski doo and that was not done I had bolts that where lose on my ski doo and I told them I will be bringing to ontario and I'm from Montreal. All they said was bring it back I shouldn't have to bring it back if it was looked at before you give it back to the customer now I'm out 2500$ I can't bring it back because I don't have trailer and the time it will $$$ lost from work wow never never again will I ever go there I'm sorry is all that I got .

Bad experience for a key replacement on my 2010 Skidoo.I lost my key & I went to Contant to replace it. The waiter told me that he was dealing with a guy from Ile Perrot for the configuration. I was given his number & address and later I went to that place. After several attempts it doesn't work. I still had to pay the required $120. Subsequently, I went elsewhere and they managed to give me a key for $40. Today, I went to Contant to explain that I would like to be reimbursed part of the $120, because it didn't work.. They tell me not to do business with the boy from Île Perrot, he tells me that "it's the best they've heard", that they don't make a key for 2010 and didn't offer me anything.

It is always difficult to assess whether invoicing is adequate, especially when the work done is more technical. I recently had some work done which I can however evaluate. First, the work initially done by their technician was inadequate - it was distressing. So I had to come back again. Obviously I was billed the first time and I was billed again the second time to correct the laxity of the first. Then the time to change simple parts was simply inflated. I wrote to a manager, Jean Francois Jacob, to request a correction of the situation. He still hasn't responded. If I ever receive a response with a satisfactory solution, I will update this review. At the moment, it seems to me that although everyone at this dealership is initially very friendly, the smile disappears when you ask too many questions; that the quality of the technicians is doubtful; and that the billing is inflated.

I would like to share my experience that I had with Majid Habchi, technical advisor at Contant Vaudreuil. He took care of my claim for my motorcycle after an accident. He followed up with my insurance company and the claims adjuster. Despite his very busy schedule he kept me informed of the process and the time to repair my motorcycle. I am really delighted with the excellent service received from him and I would like to emphasize it. A big THANK YOU to you Majid, you can be proud of the service you give to your customers.
