I went to form my opinion. Disastrous! More than 200 dollars to see his stuff thrown aside. No Hello, or hello. No customer service, very very unpleasant at the checkout. Never again. After a while if you don't like this job, leave the job!!!!!!

Generally I’m a fan of L’Équipeur, but this one in particular must be run by the same management as the adjacent Canadian Vaudreuil, tell tale signs are the lack of customer attention, the dumpster fire that is the insole section, boots on display do not match the labels just below them and the fact that no only was there no one at the cash, (but the person who was supposed to be there saw me waiting multiple times and only came once they were done washing the floor). I don’t blame the individual(s) however, I blame management for not keeping their employees trained and motivated but also not properly managing their stock and displays.You get two stars only because the L’Équipeur chain in general is quite good.Such as the case with Canadian Tire Vaudreuil, I’ll be sure to go to the next closest L’Équipeur next time I need something, despite the fact that I live almost next door.

That's 3 times that I'm going to make purchases in the space of 3-4 months. The merchandise is well placed, the choice seems quite wide. Some specials are worth it. On the other hand...the employees would benefit from putting a smile on their face and seeming to care about seeing customers in the store because they are the ones who ultimately pay their salaries. No customers, no salaries. Customer service is seriously lacking at this store.

No one to help me on the floor, I had to look for what I needed.
3 employees, 1 very nice lady was on the phone possibly with a customer and the other 2 were taking care of a customer at the counter why 2. There were 5 of us in line at the cash register.
