Excellent service, especially considering that it was an unforeseen defect that brought me to them. In less than a week the part was replaced and I was able to get my car back.

I experienced an issue following a tire change at this establishment. The day after the service, I contacted them to report the problem, but they consistently denied responsibility. Despite my insistence, they refused to document my complaint in my service file, which I had requested about a month ago. When I called again recently, I had to re-explain the entire situation to a staff member who confirmed that there were no notes on my file. Initially, my experiences with them were satisfactory. However, after encountering a problem, their true colors showed. The representative on the phone dismissed my concerns, stating that if an issue wasn't recorded in their report, they were not accountable. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend their services. Their performance is satisfactory until an issue arises, at which point their support and accountability significantly diminish. I would no recommend the risk of doing buisness with them.

The garage with no pity for my deteriorating situation because my tank was in Vaudreuil and I was elsewhere, did not want to know anything about installing a BRAND NEW piece of auto-value because the piece was not purchased from them, worse SERVICE EVER, IT'S LITERALLY A GARAGE THAT DOES NOT WANT TO GARAGE, W T F PARCEL

Be carefull! They tried to pass me one quickly! This company carries out inspections without your consent and charges $55 afterwards without asking for your authorization! They tried to manipulate me into paying this extra money! Me and my loved ones will no longer put up with this kind of dishonest service. You have just lost several regular customers!!

They refused to change my flat tire. I am an elderly person(75). I had a metal object in my front tire and needed to have it changed. Had to drive with it till it dislodged and tire became flat. Luckly I was not far from a parking lot where I phoned CAA. This could have been a disaster for me.

Received by Dominic,from the first moment was a GREAT AND FAST SERVICE, I brought my Grand Cherokee to fix the front brakes and got a fair price and just a couple of hours while I was at work. Will definitely bring it back for my next checkup and tires change, thank you Dominic!
