I like Old Navy because it’s easy to see the merchandise by categories and colours. It was Hard to identify the assistants in the store (no specific top or colours) and the women’s toilet had no toilet paper in both stalls.

I usually like this store even if it is often poorly organized (especially the discount sections)
Cashier error on the part of an employee when I made a return. They refunded me less than my item but maintained that it was correct... the manager came and did not solve the problem... I left after 10 minutes of discussion in vain and lost my patience. We need to train staff better, this is not normal!!

Decent outlet with a huge women's clothing section and a small men's clothing section as per usual. The employees I dealt with were a bit slow and didn't know how to manage a return I was making but they seemed new so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. The store was very clean and nice to walk around in.

nothing special comparing to regular store (40% rebate definitely not a wow) I barely found some stuff for a toddler 2 years pants regular price and tee-shirt 7$ (maybe the only good deal)

It's a very nice Old Navy. I feel as though the men section is bigger then usual. Usually it's like 1/3 of the size as the women's, but this one is pretty split which is cool. There's always so many good sales also. Between a online coupon and the in store sales our order of 420$ came down to 280$ which was awesome. The only downfall was the cashier that served us. She was insanely slow, couldn't get a gift card to be scanned ( had to get the manager ) and all our clothes were thrown in our bags as apposed to the usual fold and place. And then the worst part, she forgot a magnet alarm so someone had to come and take it off as we tried leaving. Oh and then it happend again..... So yeah she forgot 2 of them.Good store selection, good savings, poor service.

I want to give a shout out to Ashley, the manager. She is so pleasant to deal with and extremely helpful! When I asked her for some fashion advice on a pair of jeans I felt like I was shopping with my daughter. She stood and waited by me and gave me the best service. Keep up the fantastic work! Btw...the staff there were also so pleasant and very sweet!??????????
