I'm leaving tomorrow for 6 weeks, I went to the pharmacy at 5:55 p.m. after work to buy my medication for 2 months.When I arrived I was told by all the employees I met that they were closing in 5 minutes, it's their Christmas party! Wow! I can't believe that a pharmacy is closed for this reason even though the FDS closes at 5 p.m.When I arrived at the pharmacy counter, I was refused. I insist saying that I'm leaving tomorrow. I managed to get my prescription prepared with a lot of eye rolling.Their checkouts are closed so they send me to the checkouts before I roll my eyes!Hey! If you choose to have a pharmacy as a business it comes with responsibilities! Closing 3 hours before closing for such an insignificant reason should merit a warning from the Order of Pharmacists.

The employees are so racist, me and a couple of my friends went to the store to buy each other some makeup products and the employees kept on following us and passing disrespectful comments here and there (by employees I mean by 2 middle aged women) we felt really uncomfortable and decided to leave within 5 minutes (btw this one women told my friend that she should ask us to pay for her since she thought that my friend couldn’t afford it)

Poor organization of the pharmacy. What to buy an over-the-counter drug forced to open the file. I refused. They refused to sell me the medicine. Lost time, got a lot of unpleasant emotions.

The sevices received at that Pharmacy is great. Last time i've been especially. The employee called Nicole services was great. She helped me and listened to my needs. Very good experience for me.

The amount of times I see people complaining here on-line or at the pharmacy itself about stuff they abviously know nothing about is mind boggling.The people at this PJC are nothing but kind, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly patient beyond belief!!!All the one-star reviewers are people who think they know more about pharmaceuticals than the actual pharmacist and/or confuse "pharmacist" with "psychologist".I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone living in the area.

Even when ordering 24 hours in advance for a specific time. It is never ready. Really need to find a better option is the area.

My daughter called and ordered the prescription from the pharmacy and they gave her the time to pick up. She went to pick up her medication and the employee in the pharmacy was very rude to her and mean, she said she doesn’t have her medication and she has to wait again in the line. My daughter came home crying.We are not going to the pharmacy anymore. Please talk to people with respect. Specially in pharmacy because people come with several health issues. Be kind to others.

The pharmacy staff take an inordinate amount of pride in being rude and obnoxious to customers while being 100% inept at the same time. They are a gold standard in how not to run a business

If I could give 0 stars I would.Many times the prescription wasn't ready when they said it would be. I called once asking for prescription formula (during the national shortage) they assured me they had, and I could pick it up, I arrived and they had given it to another customer. But the REAL straw that broke the camels back is when my son was released from the children's hospital after open heart surgery, he needed a prescription diuretic. I had been through a lot, 3 weeks post partum and healing from a csection... I called in the prescription and they told me that it would be at least 5 to 7 days. My son needed it that day (we were JUST released from the hospital). They told me to call other pharmacies. I was in tears, and was told "Madame, even if you cry, it won't make me get it faster". I was appalled by the treatment I received. A new mom, who had been through SO MUCH and this was the response. They only speak French and refuse to speak English.The next day I transferred my files to Pharmaprix who told me they were so pleased to have me. I am treated like gold there and I will NEVER step foot in this Jean Coutu ever again.
