I had an excellent experience at the Rogers store in Vaudreuil-Dorion recently. One of the employees, a gentleman with glasses (unfortunately, I can’t recall his name), was incredibly helpful and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all my questions were answered. He had a great attitude, was patient, and really went the extra mile to provide a great service. Highly recommend visiting this store if you need help!

Worst experience, 3 hours in store and to find out the plan I was given was $40 more then what I was told and signed for, called retention and they were just as useless. Changing providers asap

I've had to go twice. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Yes, you might have to wait a while, but when it's your turn, know that the sales staff will not rush you, will take all the time you need... even look at your monthly invoice and suggest ways to save you money.

They charge me $120 for activation fee for two lines and said will get back to your account, Once it's activated,
I get charged $120 activation fees in first bill .

Went here to activate 2 phones, I was told that they charge $60 activation fee per line and that I should do it online to avoid those fees.
Once it's activated, I have to come back to the store to pick up the SIM cards.
I end up getting the accounts created online and on the first bill, I get charged $120 ($60/each) activation fees...
Not sure what's the point of having Customers go back and forth with this nonsense.
If you complain to the CRTC or CCTS, your issue gets resolved rather quickly.

I don’t know what other people are on about (I guess to each their own), but every time I come to this Rogers I am always taken very good care of. 4 years ago I received excellent customer service from an employee named Mark-Andre. He helped me decide which phone was best for me (iPhone or android) and I went with a wonderful S10+ which served me greatly for years. 3 days ago I visited with the intentions of purchasing an iPhone 15, which I did, and Mikel helped me out not only with purchasing the phone itself but also changing my plan (to a much better one might I add!). And today I went back to swap my iPhone 15 for the plus version and Justin & John took the utmost care of me. There was a little ordeal with the swap itself that took a lot of time to figure out, but with their patience and perseverance, both as a team managed to plow through, solving the issue and giving me what I wanted and needed in the end. Not to mention, they were friendly as heck.I seriously never had a bad experience here.

Horrible service. Not proactive at all with explanations, discounts, set-up...set-up on phone is not even complete and they move on to another customer. And when the set-up doesnt go well, they dont come back to assist, they advise to call Rogers customer service. Will never ever ever go back in that store.

You cannot simply walkin. Complicated system with a QR code to scan and wait for someoe to open the door. Worse idea ever. Will deal with Best Buy instead thats 5 minutes away

Went yesterday (15th of July 2023) got there at 3. They are closed. Go to find out they do this often. People have appointments and they end up being closed . Please change your staff! I drove an hour to get there as that was the only address it would save at. How can this be acceptable?!
Edit: next Saturday, same thing. They decided not to show up to their job. Will be contacting corporate.
