What a horrible gas station…..
Owners are rude, not friendly and don’t speak French.
The male employee is always on his phone.
I tried to prepay inside and was told I can’t scan air miles and have to go back inside to be credited the difference if I don’t use the prepaid amount in full.

Old system, you cannot use a remaining gift card with another payment method. We need to know exactly the amount of our gift card to go gas and come back to make another payment to be able to use another gift card or a credit card.

The old employee had no manners or service attitude, we understood neither her French nor her English! The worst part was that she was smoking next to the gas pump. I felt sick and in danger！

My payment was approved on the pump, I was waiting for authorization and the lights were turned off in front of me. The clerk clearly had a friend or his girlfriend chatting to him inside, he let her in after the lights closed. I waited a long time for my turn at the pump precisely because the girl in question also chatted inside before closing and she was in no hurry to move her tank. Another customer like me had the light turned off in her face after her payment at the pump was approved. The other client also began her process while the lights were on. She also couldn't gas. Estimated without drawing the clerk.

In a state of emergency how can you tell people there is no lineup and no wait when when they call and ask.. you shouldn't be allowed to lie to people like that. I called for a reason thats so unprofessional.
