Ordered a Compatible HP 141X W1410X Black Toner Cartridge High Yield - No Chip. Spent hours trying to get it to work. Transferred the chip successfully but the printer refused to connect. Tech. support just said too bad, once it is opened they can't do anything. Well how am I to see if it works or not without opening it? $55 wasted. Will not order from them again.

Please .. i dont want to give even single sngle start. Please dont use this website for purchase anything. You will lose you money. I never seen such a cheating site. I purchase ink. I didn't use at all. When I received on the next day I told them It's not fit and need to return. They didn't accept. It is worst site. Even if you spent little extr go with others. ?

Wanted to add additional items to my order which was being prepared. Did not want to help me and said I would even have to pay shipping again for that additional order. Very disappointing. It was my 3rd order that week! It is there loss! :(

I ordered an electric desk and received it broken! The motor is broken, only one side goes up and down, and the other one doesn't. Then this has caused other breakages.I have already wasted a lot of time setting up the desk and taking it down (due to breakage) and on top of that, the service with ShopperPlus is VERY long, it's been 3 days that I'm in communication with them by phone and email and the problem is still not solved!!!Wouldn't recommend to anyone! Do not buy with this company!

Bought a bike tool set in July 2022 as I wanted to start working on my bike. I only really started using it last week and turns out some of the parts aren’t machined properly so they don’t fit to spec. Reached out to customer service and they said that since this is past the 60 day warranty period they can’t help me:“Hi there,We do apologize for the inconvenience.Thank you for your time.Sincerely,Shopper+ Family, Camilla”Very disappointed in this sort of service and I will certainly not recommend them to anyone as this is not an issue of wear and tear or not being durable but rather it does not even fit.

Excellent service - you get it within a day and a half of ordering it (in Montreal). Cartridges are great, last long. FYI - never "update" your printer (this is important!!!) - the "new" software is to detect non manufacturer cartridges and disable them. This is an ongoing cat-mouse game. Never update your printer.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Horrible customer service!! Worst online store I’ve ever dealt with. Spend your money elsewhere. 20% restocking fee on returns. Plus pay the shipping back. Worst customer service rep ever. Could not speak English properly. Horrible experience!! Go to a local store and spend you money and support local stores in your home town.

Placing my order through the website was not possible because the item did not appear on the offerings! However, a search for the item showed availability from Shopper+ and I ordered the items(tuff Guy 20x22 inch white kitchen garbage bags)!!!. Superb delivery time (1 day!) and the packaging was great.Also, tried to create an account WITHOUT any success... Attempt simply returns me to their home page!
