About Sports Experts - Atmosphere
Sports Experts - Atmosphere is a preferred destination for sports and outdoor gear, catering to active families and seasoned athletes. The store offers a wide variety of essentials for activities such as kayaking, biking, camping, and running. Customers appreciate the extensive selection of items, especially during sales like the Thanksgiving Clearance. However, some reviews mention that certain products can be expensive, and there are concerns about the level of service, with some staff described as unhelpful and unfriendly.
On a positive note, many customers highlight the professionalism and technical knowledge of specific staff members, particularly in areas like ski equipment fitting. Some employees, such as Anne Florence, receive high praise for their patience and exceptional service. While there are mixed feelings regarding overall customer support, the store is still recommended for those seeking specialized advice and a wide range of sporting goods.
