I was picking up an order placed online. The employee ask me to take the boxes out of the backstore myself while she stayed by the backdoor. Worst service ever

Terrible company. Ordered a buffet in September, was told it would arrive in December. Just called today (mid December) and I'm told the product will only arrive end of January. Steer clear, you're better off spending a few extra dollars and going with a different company. The money saved is definitely not worth the hassle. They are very strict with their return policy, tried to return an item that was still sealed in the box, I was told that their return policy is 7 days.

The store is supposed to close at 5:00 p.m., but at 4:50 p.m. the door is locked and the 2 employees are at the cash register!

We came just as the store was closing, we needed to buy a curtain rod, the person at the store gave us time to choose our item and was friendly, professional and cheerful. The store sells very beautiful furniture items, in fact this is not the first time we have shopped in this pleasantly welcoming place. It's worth a visit to this store, there are some nice things there.
