I've been a Commercial and Personal Account Customer with this Branch for 6 yrs now. By far the worst experience I've ever received in my entire life on many occassions and with several products & services (which no one seems familiar with). There doesn't appear to be a Branch Manager or anyone specifically in charge, only 1 poor lady who seems to be responsible for checking voice messages and apologizing repeatedly for months on end. I have been a TD customer for 32 yrs and will be leaving as soon as possible based on experiences at this branch and with their "Small Business Team" that apparently live in a Bunker someowhere in Toronto and are heavily guarded from the outisde world (they are anonymous, completely unaccountable, and completely inefective / incompetent). I guess the TD treasts their staff so poorly they have greater than normal turnover? No idea but I can't justify staying with this institution anymore.

I've been working with customers and understand that sometimes bad reviews do not necessarily reflect the quality of the service, cause too many other factors are involved.For this branch though, bad reviews do reflect the service you get, at least from part of their employees.The branch at bd hardwood seems to be better.

Worst service everVery unprofessional staff, no customer service. Environment of the branch seems like a picnic parc.I would never choose to be there ever again.I went there for my business transaction, the teller was not welcoming to begin with, attitude in her face, no greetings.Then after my first translation, she logged me out without even asking if I needed to do something else. Then the second transaction, she got stuck, the she asked for another tellers help, who was even worse in attitude, no professionalism, no greeting that he was there to look into my account. They both struggled amd didn't address me even once the reason for wait.Then the third teller jumps in, I was just wondering what I should say.Then finally they managed it amd prints my receipt and I am still there waiting for her to hand me over my change for which I had already paid.They were all talking among themselves, such unprofessional service, I wish I could mention names, but none of them had name tags on. All laughing and talking as if they were having a picnic.And then when I asked that I am waiting for change, then she said that she was coming back to me.Worst part is that I found out, they screwed up my transaction by paying my business tax through my personal account, how fantastic. This made me furious.But they are lucky I didn't go back with this complaint, because that wouldn't have been pleasant experience for them.

My personal experience couple of months ago: Worst TD branch in the area. incompetent employee (Yasmin). This branch is poorly managed to say the least.)Update dec/09/22I was at the branch earlier today Mr. branch Manager. I was shocked by what I witnessed. It was between Yasmin and another client. I dont know what happened but before he left he told her “You just lost a customer”. I wonder why! How often this happens? Is upper management at TD head office aware of this?

By far the worst TD good luck to anyone trying to get in contact with anyone who works there, if you think you’ll have better luck going inside instead of calling, you’ll be no further ahead because they’ll just tell you they’ll call and then NEVER call
