Tried to make a return and the girl at the cash was so rude! Eventually her manager came over to accept my return but the girl had a terrible attitude. Besides that I had a great shopping experience I found everything I was looking for and the jewelry girl was super helpful in helping me find a bracelet for my husband!

My main complaint is the bathrooms were a mess, toilet paper everywhere like someone had a party or something. I came for bath robes but there were none so I left empty handed and dissapointed. Good enough shoe selection and beauty products, lots of women's clothes on so called liquidation where it was $29.99 but now, oooo wait, it's $24.99!! Wow, such liquidation prices better get there quick! (Sigh). For me liquidation is like 70% off or more, not 5%, whatever.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I recently received at your store. While visiting the fitting rooms, I encountered a young staff member who was quite rude to me.
I did not bring the hangers into the changing room, which seemed to disappoint her. I apologized for this oversight, but she responded by saying, "especially when you're not going to buy anything." I found this remark to be unprofessional and inappropriate.
I chose not to create a scene at the time, but I feel it is important to bring this matter to your attention. The fitting rooms are intended to facilitate the shopping experience, and it is crucial that staff handle customers with courtesy and professionalism.
I hope you will address this issue to ensure better customer service in the future.

I don't like that everything is out of order, sometimes you look for shoes and they are in the wrong sizes on the shelf, the clothes are too piled up with each other, I think they can improve.
