30 min wait time for a basic transaction at the desk, frozen system computers, workers keep asking the manager questions. Are they not being trained properly?

One worker for the whole bank, incredibly slow. Worst service I've ever had in a bank. Hire people, do your jobs correctly. I shouldn't have to wait nearly 30 minutes to deposit some cash

A few days ago I went to open a bank account, the treatment was great at all times. Both in waiting to be attended, as well as all the trate made by Haifa, the advisor who attended us.Undoubtedly very good impression and treatment in this branch.

Atm used to be accessible 24h past few weeks now they have been locking the doors. I need to make withdrawals every Friday before work and now have to go out of my way to find a bank after work. So 6 am can no longer access atm.

Terrible encounter showing lack of training and ambition. Having to repeat constantly, below average courtesy for people I am to entrust my mortgage and finances to. Personally not recommending this branch for Mortgages and loans.

Never have I opened a bank account with such a disinterested teller. After doing my procedures online I went to this branch to pick up my card. Arrived one hour before closing and told her I had few questions. I was handed a bunch of papers to sign first and told I could read the content at home on my copy. No explanation or anything. Turns out my copies are not signed by the teller and are missing some pages. Finally asked about my fees and confirmation they had added the right plan, she seemed confused (although I showed her proof for it as first thing). Turns out my fees are also not listed in my papers nor my online account and I have no way to know if the right plan was added. Thankfully a second employee intervened and explained my options properly and was very nice about the whole thing. It would have been better if the first one put any effort at all in anything other than handing me stuff to sign in silence, then discussing my sensitive info in front of another customer and ultimately writing my login on a piece of half broken scrap paper, but alas. At least the security guard at the entrance was friendly and everyone wore mask correctly.

I don't have a BMO account, I only exchange my rolled coins for bills, and all 3 times, they've counted $10 less than what I rolled of ~$100. It was 3 different employees too! I had to slowly point out the amounts of each roll and add it up for them. I wouldn't trust people who can't count with my money Haha!

A year ago I had applied for a Mastercard, but had to pick it up in a branch. My father is severely handicapped and has been a member of this branch for years. I went to pick up my card and couldn't get over the cracks in the path leading to the doorway and the support rail was loose as can be.Last week, a year later, I had to bring my father in to do some business, noting fixed yet. They started to try to offer me to become a BMO member, but I shut them down quickly, saying that if they can't maintain their branch, how could I trust them with my money? They can't even shovel the snow in front of the branch! At TD bank just a few blocks away the security guard keeps the front clear constantly and I have never seen a safety issue that wasn't immediately addressed by them.

One of the best customer service I had experiences,Highly recommend, the branch manager she was very helpful, she got my mortgage in 3 days,she gave me all the information I needed, even stay longer than her working hours just to make sure myFile was completed before leaving her office.I'm very grateful for her hard workThank you very much ilham
