My Jeep was damaged while it was on their lot after a repair, before I came to pick it up. A customer had bumped it while backing up. Director Francois Legault was contemptuous and wanted to do nothing.

I went there to sell my vehicle after receiving an online offer of $7,175. This estimate was also confirmed by telephone. However, after traveling 50 minutes to get there, the seller informed me that the appraisal was incorrect and could ultimately only offer me $2,500 for a vehicle valued at around $11,000 on the market, with no mechanical problem (no warning lights) and with little rust. This service was extremely disappointing, and I lost half my day due to this situation. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST

I would not recommend this dealership due to their lack of honesty and transparency. On the day we went to pick up the car we had purchased, we asked for proof that all the necessary work and repairs agreed upon two weeks prior had been completed. After spending 20 minutes searching, they came back and admitted they had forgotten! They kept the car for two weeks to do these repairs and called us to pick it up, but hadn't done any of the work.
Additionally, the ad mentioned that the car came with two sets of tires. On the day of delivery, despite telling us the car was ready and the tires were in the car, they said they couldn't find the second set. They told us to pay for it now and they would deliver it later.
We cancelled our purchase, but it was a waste of our time. If you read this review, save yourself the trouble and go with another dealer because you can't trust them. If you still want to buy from them, make sure to have the car inspected by another professional before signing anything!

Very bad experience. Scam! I had a multimedia problem on my jeep, the screen was no longer functional. So I thought that since they are specialists in this vehicle they could easily help me but no! They charged me $200 for nothing and told me I had to change the entire multimedia box at $1,200 then I discovered it was just the battery that needed changing.... So they could at least have made a good diagnosis and found that the fault came from the battery and not the screen. In short, they tried!!

A generous boss who loaned one of his mechanics to the Verdun vocational school for a visit and to talk about her experience in the job market. in an apprentice mechanic class Myriam thank you very much. You inspired me and gave me the kick I lack to gain confidence and go for it.
And the service at the garage, fantastic great experience ???☺️

Garage side very good despite the movement of personnel. On the other hand, on the sales side it's not that. There's so much to say that it would take hours. I preferred to sell my car for a trade elsewhere so I wouldn't have to deal with them anymore.

The second-hand sales manager is a crook. I wanted to position myself on a vehicle which had several defects to correct (corrections which were already planned on their part because there was already a repair sheet planned even before my visit). I confirmed my interest in the vehicle that evening without signing any sales contract. He sent me the first one with several errors, then they didn't want to make a new one. I finally decide to tell him that I am no longer interested in the vehicle (everything happens in less than 16 hours) because I found a better offer (which, I can imagine, could be poorly received). Except that the reaction of the used vehicle sales director was remarkably incompetent. The guy tries a first scam by telling me that the $500 deposit is not refundable (I had to remind him that it is illegal if no contract is signed for him to admit that it is refundable ), and then he tries to charge me for the windshield repair for which I didn't sign anything either and which was already planned before my purchase anyway. This ended up forcing me to block my card and open a bank dispute over the $500.
The irony is that my other purchase ultimately fell through and if he hadn't been so incompetent I would have ultimately purchased it. Great work.

If I could have given no stars I would have had a customer tell him that he cannot receive it for a month because it is tire “season” when there is an electrical problem which prevents the tailgate from closing its ridiculous for having worked in the automobile industry is simply not the case. We call it a crappy service with an even more ridiculous arrogance….

I requested a simple evaluation for my car online, I went on a trip and upon my return I received several text messages from the seller Yannick, to be told that I was wasting the time of the sellers in Quebec. .Comments like this to me do not go with customer service.
