It looks like a nice shoe store but you have to wait for someone to try it on and you have a box of shoes that aren't even put in the right place, the salesman was looking everywhere for the shoe I wanted try because nothing is put in the right place. Plus we're not allowed to touch the box???? After reflection from the seller, I put my box down and left. Too bad to lose a customer stupidly.
We need to review the meaning of service.

Very rude to serve you, they closed in half an hour and began to take us out, very rude to attend and it was on two occasions, I will not return to this point. I like the shoes but the lady's terrible attention.

Arrived before closing time, just for an exchange, they saw us at the windows with the boxes (so obviously we are a client from the store), they didn't bother to even open the door to talk to us.

Very unfortunate. Bad service and bad decision by the manager. You have lost a sale and a customer. I never make this kind of comment but I'm so disappointed.

The customer service is terrible! We constantly have to challenge the salespeople who talk among themselves and don't care about us. For example, when I bring them one model shoe to have the other and make a pair in my size, it is refused and I am asked to try the shoe alone only to avoid traveling, even though the store is empty. We would like to take the boxes ourselves to compensate for the problem, but that is forbidden. During my shopping, I felt like I was being judged and couldn't wait to leave the establishment. Discounts are sometimes good, but it's not worth being treated that way. Even though I live nearby, my bad experiences there were too numerous for me to return there unfortunately.

Well, going to Yellow shoes is an adventure. You enter with your wife, the saleswoman looks at you and says a slight welcome. Then you decide on two pairs of shoes for almost $300. When you want to take a different size, you choose another size and there, to your amazement, the saleswoman who is despite herself alone, tells you: no, it's me who takes the boxes and puts away the shoes. In short, I'm waiting, my wife is waiting, we each have our own box, but the size isn't right for both of us, we want to take back the old one that the saleswoman had just put away. Which was right in front of me. I ask the saleswoman who was busy with another customer, and I decide to take the box back. But she calls out to me again that it is the manager's orders that customers must not touch the boxes.
Well we left our boxes where they were and we went to a big mall to buy two pairs of shoes.
It’s a shame, we wanted to keep the small business in our area going and we won’t be coming back there again because we don’t want to bother the manager with her boxes.

Poor experience, no exchange despite unopened product, with invoice and less than 7 days after purchase. This is what we call common sense. I won't go back there. There are so many other shoe stores in Verdun, we can really avoid this store!
