Lena is a pain to deal with, today 03-Sep-2024.I need help with finding twinkies and I asked in English standing next to where they normally place them. With an attitude she said she doesn’t speak english. With no willingbess to assist. And she cant arguing in French ,I found the product myself and i went to pay. She continued speaking french telling me how she doesn’t understand English but i kept saying « serve me,show interest in my request not the language.Mind you she has helped me so many times purchasing the lotto max in English.Please improve.

I showed up around dinner time to buy my son a lunch. The employee at the checkout is stupid, unfriendly... no hot meal available at almost noon? The garbage bins on the floor in large piles left just in front of the food counter. Another customer asks him if there are medium sized coffee cups, he says no. Dry net freight. The cashier smokes directly in front of the open door with a cigarette in the hand of the other who is holding the door.

If you want an idea of the kind of service... This evening I went there at 7:00 p.m., we were all in line, and the saleswoman told me right from the start to my face "There is another Couche-Tard 1km away I won't sell you anything from here." She then refused to serve everyone else in line. When asked why, she refused to answer and walked away. We didn't see him again. You can not make that up...

Very bad service, a guy who called Omar who works there insulted me by refusing to sell me the product I chose because I asked for his name to speak to the manager! Pq he was very unpleasant with the customers and me in person it's terrible never again I would worry about it even though I'm a neighbor very disappointing hired non professional let's see disappointed
In my opinion you will deviate from taking into consideration the world that represents your store not people who are aggressive
One less customer for you never again because of the guy called Omar who works late
