Won a hot dog on the advent calendar but machine wasn't working and no offered to write a letter or something saying lady won but when she came machine was down so please honor her hotdog coupon cause no fault of my own that the machine isn't working by the time they fix it my coupon will expire :(

Solid 5 stars for the phone and in person experience. The two gentlemen working last night were kind, helpful and very funny. If I didn't live closer to the one on Wellington I'd shop there more often.
