Whoah! what staff, young, competent, welcoming, patient. I am a consumer/shopper. I had visited other shoe stores before and having specific needs the other stores do not come close in every way, large selection and patient staff. I am an elderly person and this youth is inspiring, we talk so much about the lack of staff! Well done to the owners who certainly have a say.

Excellent service à la clientèle. J’ai trouvé deux magnifiques paires de chaussures d’été, et ce, après avoir eu une fracture à la cheville et des gros problèmes aux tendons. Mon cas compliqué n’a pas fait peur à la vendeuse qui a pris tout son temps pour me conseiller et me faire essayer plusieurs modèles. Cette boutique est vraiment une adresse en or!

I bought a $300 boots on a Friday. The person who sold it to me told me I could wear them inside and if there was any problem, to come back that they could exchange or give a store credit if there’s anything wrong. Even though I bought my size, I wear it inside and noticed that the boots are too big. Came back 3 days after and they told me that they can’t exchange because it was being used. Well, of course. I used them inside as instructed to test it out. Well, now I have an expensive boot I can’t use and can’t exchange. I had different options of store to buy the same pair, but I chose the smaller store from my neighborhood, and unfortunately had an horrible experience. Not doing that again.

Nothing but quality. Inclusive and welcoming environment. I bought shoes in 2018 that are still like new. They are mainly specialized in winter shoes, closed shoes, walking or running shoes. Not too many starmania style shoes, it's all about class and comfort.
