Very unfriendly, rushed and even judgmental service. I came in yesterday to get an estimation for repairs. The secretary was immediately disrespectful when I arrived, told me my appointment was canceled and showed me a paper that said “annulé” on it which was obviously not mine. The other secretary interjected and said she knows about my appointment. I said it was booked the same day by my insurance company so maybe that’s why they don’t have my papers yet. The first secretary then said something along the lines of — well yea, if you booked it today then it’s not enough time for us madam! She also told me my car can be seized if I don’t have my registration papers! I did, just took time to find it. 🤦🏽♀️
The mechanic who took photos of the damages then calls me into a room wherein there are 2 other mechanics listening to everything. There is zero confidentiality. He tells me it will cost around $3,500 but there is no price breakdown, just photos. He tries to give me an appointment over 2 months away (August 19) and I refused because it’s too long of a wait. He then shows me on his computer a number that indicates 182 — that he has 182 files before me and he cannot give me an appointment sooner. He says this in a way as if it’s my fault they are so busy. His tone was very rude. I found all the staff disrespectful to me except for the younger secretary. They did not help me feel less stressed out after a car accident. Zero people skills. And it was the most expensive estimate. Another mechanic said $1800, another said $2500. Unfortunately, this is the repair shop my insurance works with so I’ll have to find another one I can go to that does work with my insurance.

Very bad experience.I went to ask the price of repairing the window power module. I was called to tell me that the repair would cost $387+tax=$445. I refused the repair which is excessively expensive. When I came to pick up the car I was asked to pay $220 for having checked the vehicle... Oh yes and 20 minutes to put a piece of plastic on my window because it was raining and he couldn't keep it in the garage...Today I feel robbed by this company despite the $80 “commercial gesture”Very very disappointed...Finally I found a mechanic who did the replacement for $128 including tax.
