That's the fun of stores like this because they give items a second life. The store is extremely well laid out. I saw employees in training on site... Wow congratulations manager ? the store is on more than one floor. There really is something in stock for all tastes. Long live this business ?

I was there today actually there is a bit of everything but the people at the checkout especially a North African type gentleman Not very nice who looks at you from head to toe nastily enough to give you chills down my spine and my daughter, girl who made the remark to me as soon as we left (mom why did the man look at us like that) I will NEVER go back there again

The customer service for exchanges is appalling. Good job, you avoided an exchange and lost a customer. I waited in line (10 people) only to be sent to an empty register to be left waiting forever, because it was an exchange...

It's a clothing cave suitable for children, women and men. It also sells kitchen and electronic items. Don't forget to visit the lower floor. There is no sales tax payment.

Good collection of second hand books in English ( i never check the French section but it seems even better than the English), if you visit regularly you can find really good stuff here

Extremely poor customer service, I don’t think they even know the policies of the store. The fitting rooms are extremely hot and small. Might be better to visit another location.

So... I went the wrong way and walked by this store by accident. I could see the prices from outside, so I just walked in. I never skip a thrift store; they always have fun stuff. This friperie has a wide range of clothing, shoes, bags, etc. There's no way you walk out of it empty handed. The prices are quite reasonable too. Besides a new crop top from Dynamite that cost $30, everything else ranged from 5.50-20. The also have a variety of games, books, sports gear, utensils, etc on the second floor. If you love thrifting, you won't regret stopping by this store.

I give them one star because the store has not thought of a solution for the carts remaining unattended when the customers go to the basement section. Each time I leave my cart, I worry that sth might happen to the articles that I have spent time to pick and put in my cart.Once, an employee, had put 10s of articles I had collected back on the shelves!Today, somebody took a pair of Adidas sneakers from my cart!I didn't notice it until I got home.I'm so0o0 disappointed.I was so happy to have found exactly what I wanted! The other downside to the store having 2 levels is that it is absolutely discriminating for disabled people. They can not go to the basement section...

Useless workers!!! I was referred to FOUR different people because no one knew what they were doing or saying to get help to get a price on a skirt that was part of a set, which the top had the price on but had obviously already been bought because it wasn’t anywhere. The final guy literally ended up telling me he couldn’t sell it because “the girls who do the price tags are gone”. Why can’t you or anyone else do it?! I’ve had things priced by literally random employees before (years ago). I then said I could maybe have another skirt scanned instead and he said all the skirts have different prices depending on sections. I pointed him to the section where I found it (with the dresses, which makes sense if it was a set) and he said it doesn’t work like that. COMPLETELY unwilling to help while pretending things are out of their control when they very well know they’re not. Bunch of buffoons

They don't seem to observe their own hours for donation drop-off. I went today at 9am (three signs say they open at 8) and no one was there. I left my items outside, but I'll probably try donating elsewhere next time.
