It's a nice little board game/ trading card/ manga store (They also have LEGO now). I've been going there for years to buy Magic the Gathering singles, but they also have Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh! singles (they have an online website to purchase and offer free in-store pick up) . The staff are friendly, even the owner is very approachable and knows his stuff. It's also an LGS, with events such as FNM, Commander, draft weekend and other tournaments happening every week so check their events calendar. The place is quite small so it can get pretty crowded there but overall an awesome place for people of all ages to hang out and play.

Nice store, cool staff, but not the pedantry of their procedures without common sense. Which I tried to tolerate for over a year, now it's too much. In the long term, it will prove unsustainable to maintain such a negative relationship with customers. You spend more time explaining why you can't serve me than taking that time to provide said service. Good luck! The rest will be done without me.I had been holding back for a long time, accumulating dissatisfaction one after the other.Reading your response confirming complete disrespect (which has now been edited), I will move past these insults by respectfully pointing out that you are investing your time and energy in the wrong place:If ALL other stores can take the time to accommodate customer requests and provide the requested services, but you can't, maybe YOU are the one doing this incorrectly? I've been in the store multiple times looking through the products in store. Always seemed like a cool place. Never really interacted with any staff. But reading all the responses to the negative comments has been a HUGE turn off. That person should be fired or replaced. Really giving the store a bad look. Also replying to English comments in French... very unprofessional. Don't think I'll be going back.

Super helpful and friendly staff!I recently got into painting Warhammer 40k miniatures and they showed me the best kit to start with. Now I can't stop going and buying new paints and miniatures.Also, if they don't have the kit you're looking for, you can ask them to order it so long as you put down a deposit for the kit you want. This is super helpful since they also seem to sell it less than what the actual retailers would sell them for.

I was looking to buy at that store but after seeing the way the owner replies to customers, I changed my mind.I would’ve went over the comments regarding the transactions fees or excessive wait time. However, the disrespect that the owner has for potential customers is shocking. First of all because there is no way to remember every single transactions meaning that some of the come backs at those comments are pretty much lies or distortions of reality to preserve your image.It’s okay if your business model doesn’t satisfy everyone but a simple “sorry it didn’t work for you, hope you found what you were looking for” or “thank you, we’ll keep your comment in mind”. Even if you don’t mean it, that lie is better than insulting some potential customers. Those customers are the only reason your business is alive and some people like me might not come just because of your character.Products and price is not what most look in customer service, it’s politeness. You should work on that. You’re probably gonna back at me for this too but I don’t care because at the end of the day, you are really poorly trying to save the image of your store and from what I see it is not working.

Respectfully as someone who used to work in a card shop for 2 years+ in Vancouver and who used to play in GK in the 2010s who actually held it in high regards, currently this shop has questionable practices. They charge you 10$ for adding 1 more card and charge you a cancellation fees and you have to order more than 15$ each to be able buy cards there. Compared to other card shops in Vancouver this is really awful. We never had any of their policy and we were more than welcome to add 1 more card for the customer since it barely takes 5-10 mins to sort it out in the system/inventory. Also, if you don't please them as customer they will make you sign a waiver to not shop there permanently. There is a possibility that their system is not as performant but as a long time card shop I would have expected better.Respectfully,Sean LiThis is for the response: I am actually fine signing the waiver since I don't really care about it and it would be good for your business. But it would be better if you would give a notice before and it would be better if the staff was more helpful and would explain what went wrong throughout the transaction (it doesn't hurt explaining the situation for a better understanding) since when I called your staff said there was a system error and I would be able to pick it up in-store and when I got to the store I had to sign a waiver. I am just recalling the experience with the transaction and the store. If anything is incorrect/miscalled, I would gladly talk about it about improving the user experience.Have a great day.

Wow, what an awful shop. I can't even really believe it. I called to ask if they had a magic card in stock and was told "don't be lazy, go and look online at our site". I let them know I didn't currently have access to the Internet which is why I was calling to ask and was then told "that's not their problem". How can someone running a business that offers a service be so rude to someone for no reason!?What a joke of a shop. If you don't want to answer questions, don't answer the phone. And then to be told I'd have to pay a 10 dollar fee for them to pull me a single card that costs a dollar! These people are insane. I'm sure most people can see that from the responses the owner leaves for all the terrible reviews his store has. Pretty surprising this place is still in business... Looking forward to the insulting response the owner will leave on this review!
