I enjoy the convenience and location of the gym - it has everything (mostly) to focus on training. If you want personalized training advice I highly recommend Eddy, one of the on-site trainers. He is knowledgeable, passionate, and his training plan and advice is top notch.

I though I had, had decent personal trainers in the past. But I see now I was wrong. I got a personal trainer here, and I'm blow away to how much I was lied to. Do yourself a favor and go see Eddy B at gym expert, go see him even if you DONT think you need to.
