Today 2024-11-14, they have closed the fuel station but they did not announced the customers to not stay in line in the back of the service truck.

Since all the pumps were malfunctioning, I had to pay in advance and provide my credit card on which they charged a $50 pre-authorization. I filled my car with about $35 of gas. The clerk was unable to provide me with a receipt. When my credit card statement was issued I noticed Mobil had charged me $50. I called Imperial Oil and they too were unable to generate a receipt for the actual amount of gas that I pumped into the car.

This gas station is really dishonest! I pre-authorized 100$ at the pump, spent of course less than that (a full tank cost me around 65$) and they charged me the full 100$ almost 2 months later. I can only wonder how much money they make doing this dirty business of charging more than what their customers spent! I’ll never come back to this gas station again, and don’t recommend it to anyone.

They have great prices but we went there at 9:40, yet on google it said in closed at 10:30. We went inside, they told us no gas. We told them they should be open until 10:30 according to Google and they opened a pump for us. If it happens to you just go inside to get a pump opened.

Best customer service ever!!! Too bad not everyone is like them. I would drive miles on steam engines just to benefit from their customer service. Thank you and definitely don’t change!!!

Quick-in quick-out, that's what I like about a gas station, pay with cell, get receipt and continue on journey.
