My medication file has been at this branch for over 10 years and the service has deteriorated impressively.The service is always incredibly long and very uncourteous, so I started calling to have my prescriptions prepared in advance to avoid a 45 minute wait.For several months, it has often been impossible to speak to anyone and I have to try to call back several times a day, for several days in order to have my prescriptions prepared. The people who respond are arrogant and very unprofessional. For a service in the healthcare field, it is incredibly lacking in empathy, gentleness and flexibility.Today I spoke to a woman who was really rude and gave no options other than "go back to your doctor". She was on the "powertrip" and she told me she would transfer me to the Pharmacist to hang up the line on me. Obviously without any return call. I transferred my entire file to another franchise because I'm really tired of giving my hard earned money to people who treat me like this.In addition, on two occasions in the past, by two different pharmacists, I felt very uncomfortable and judged when explaining how to take my medications. Truly unacceptable. You will never see me in this pharmacy again.

I have never had quick access to the pharmacy by telephone, I have to call around ten times before getting on the line, and the wait is hellish, a renewal can last 24 hours between the call and the pick-up.

I just moved to the area, and I changed Uniprix for this Jean Coutu. Very disappointed at the moment, unable to speak with anyone on the phone. The function to leave your number for a callback does not work (yes you can enter the number but when the message says to type "1" to validate the number, the voicemail tells us that this command is invalid and finally hangs up). Nothing better to put you in a good mood when you're sick.Not to mention the wait at the counter... Avoid

The pharmaceutical counter gives the most horrible service I have seen in a pharmacy. The employees are all stupid, no smiles.Impossible to get on the line to order our medications, even if we leave a call back number, you can be sure you will never be called back...And when by some miracle we manage to talk to someone, they ask for 5 hours to prepare a mini order... and we don't even talk about the time when 3 pharmacy employees told me different things about the same prescription which seemed lost, and which was finally found by a pharmacist.The only ++++ I would give to this stitched jean is their cosmetics team, the girls are great, attentive and very smiling!Stitched jeans 4061 Wellington street

Impossible to speak on the phone with anyone at the pharmacy counter. Every time I call I am put on hold several times only to finally hang up on me, all so that 6 hours later my prescription is not prepared... Big management problem.

The service at the pharmacy is terrible. You order your prescription online, you give them 10 hours to prepare it and you have to wait 30 minutes more when you arrive there, even though I show up 30 minutes after the selected time. It’s laughing at the world of service like that. Adjust your website or add employees! Your customers don’t just have to keep them waiting. It's been like this every month for over 6 months. I would like to give you -5 stars but this is not possible through Google.

Quite honestly this is the poorest customer service. I've been doing business with you for a year and the service is slow, but slow... And I'm not talking about the very unpleasant, rude and unprofessional employees who answer the phone and serve us subsequently at the counter.It has not happened once that when I call to have my medications prepared, that there are no errors in the preparation of them. Not only does it always have to be done again, but what's more, I have to wait at least an hour for a mistake made by you.... What's the point of calling first if it's to suffer from your lack of communication. .. I had enough, I changed Jean Coutu.I don't know if you are used to meeting with your laboratory team, but I think it would be more than appropriate to do so. Really!

Terrible service. Wanted to ask a question about a medication told I had to wait 20 minutes for an answer from the pharmacist!! I was the only one there and the place was empty!!! Ridiculous!!!

I do not recommend this pharmacy. That have received the prescription from my physician, but they never called me or informed me when can I go to get my medications. I had to go in to ask with confusions because I was not sure I they have received the prescription from the doctor. Then they told me that that have received the prescription from the doctor, did not even explain why they failed to contact me. If you want a more responsible pharmacy to get your medications faster with better communications, then this one is not for you.
