The PJC Jean Coutu in Verdun offers a welcoming and soothing environment. Customers can find a wide selection of products, from medicines and remedies to beauty items and seasonal articles. The staff is described as caring, attentive, and helpful, providing personalized advice and assistance. While there have been a few minor issues reported, such as pharmacy mistakes and difficulties with photo development, the overall experience is positive. The pharmacy is also praised for its sensitivity and support for transgender customers. With its convenient location and Post Office counter, this Jean Coutu store is considered a great drugstore option by its customers.
Terrible interaction with a young pharmacist at the Verdun St. branch. Professional obnoxiousness, lack of empathy, arrogance.

In general I find their staff is quite pleasant and helpful but they could improve.

So helpful, always got the best service there from Loudia. I can always get my prescriptions from there quickly with all the information I need with no problem in the phone or for pickup. 5 ⭐
