My driver door handle was broken, and I just found these guys on google. I came and they dropped what they were doing and inspected the car right away. They helped me understand which parts I need to buy, and were super nice. I had to come two more times for the installation of the parts, and both times they just did it right away, I did not even have to wait for them to finish what they were doing. Great service, great quality of work! Highly recommended, and I wish them all kinds of success!

Working with Chris was a pleasure. I've had 2 auto body jobs and each time, I've been extremely satisfied each time with the quality of work that was put onto both of the repair jobs. Chris is a super nice, friendly, courteous and honest owner of his shop, Red & Butch, and he will make sure to help you out where he can. I am super glad to have encountered him. Any auto body work, I make sure to see him first. I would highly recommend him for any auto body work for your car. Having accidentally damaged a friend's car while he was out of the country I was keen to get the repair work before his return. I went to Red & Butch on the local Canadian Tire's recommendation. At the time I had two weeks before my friend's return and felt pretty confident everything would be resolved by then. What followed was an absurd series of phone tags involving being told to call back in a few days a few times. I finally got a commitment from them to bring in the car with two days remaining with a guarantee that they could deliver on time.The day before my drop off appointment I called to confirm and was told it was no longer possible to get the job done on time.Long story short, I had to scramble to find another auto body repair shop that knows how to take an appointment and respect it. Luckily, they were able to deliver on time.I do not recommend using these guys.
