An organization that targets the needs of cats.People need to understand that this is what they are looking for.The perfect match for every cat.

I think that what they are doing is wonderful. However, they aren’t friendly at all and make you believe that you are not suited to adopt a cat. I finally found my lovely cat elsewhere.

Although we haven’t got our cat yet (we are getting to know her), we are very pleased by the professional way this organization does their vetting. They are trying to find a forever home for these cats, most of which have a horrible past and deserve a dependable loving home. Highly recommend if you are serious about a new member of the family.Erich and Mimi Collar

After seeing the way they interact with people on Facebook who are looking to rehome animals, I can't imagine they're pleasant at all.Nobody should be pressured into sharing the personal details of their lives to validate themselves to you. If someone needs to rehome their animal, it's a deeply personal decision that is not taken lightly in most circumstances.Do better, you're making people distrustful of you, which will lead to people not adopting from you.

We adopted from the refuge and we had an excellent service before and after. What they do is unbelivable so I recommend 100%.

Wery unprofessional and rude service! They asked a lot of super-personal questions while I wanted to adopt a cat, I tried my best to keep the conversation professional and do not lose my temper, but she was asking a lot of questions about my personal life in a row!I understand that they might need to make sure that everything is alright with the applicant before proceeding the adoption, yet it doesn’t justify their rude behavior. You can never ask a question like “can you even afford a cat’s expenses when you are a student?”She also asked me about my apartment and when I said It’s a studio, she went like : “oh… studio?…”They’re behavior was super unprofessional and degrading I would NEVER recommend even talking to this refugee. They asked about the size of my studio, as well as my address and apartment number, and when I asked for an appointment to see the cat, they said “our cats are all in foster homes and we’ll arrange it to see them when they found their forever home only.”How can I trust a refugee with 2-3 pictures, and give them ALL MY INFORMATION when they do not even arrange a meeting with the cat that I want to adopt? Only the should make sure that I’m a good applicant? Shouldn’t I make sure whether adopting from this refugee, and the cat him/herself, is a good choice for me?!!*this refugee was the first place that I talked to, so I thought their personal questions are a part of the procedure and normal among all the adoption centers! Later, I visited many other places and finally adopted my lovely cat.? And the fact is that I have not seen this rude and unprofessional attitude IN ANY OF THE OTHER CENTERS! This refugee is a first-mover in being the worst!

There is light, there is a knock, a bell rings. No one comes... very strange this place. If closed, please mention it on Google to avoid unnecessary visits on vacation days ?

Highly recommend this rescue after adopting 2 beautiful kittens a couple weeks ago. The vetting process is thorough and complete as to insure the cats go to the best forever home for them . Nancy-Ann is hard working (so be patient and kind!), helpful, knowledgeable and so passionate about her work. She works with a great team of volunteers and foster parents for the cats and kittens in her care. Thanks for everything!
