Rogers Mobile Store provides great location and excellent customer service. They were patient and incredibly accommodating, took care to help with phone issues and service problem. They went to store after dealing with support and were utterly help. The manager was patient, provides excellent service, and call Rogers to resolve problem. They are truly grateful after above and beyond help and willingness to take time.

I had a fall out with one of the employees that was not following the procedures and the manager called me to help me with my problem and remediate the situation. I am very satisfied with the results.
