This is the only TD in Verdun. I come here to use the machines. 50 percent of the time, they are out of service. When they actually ARE working, it's a hit or miss if they are currently accepting deposits! Please fix this, TD! There are no other branches around!

Teller was very impatient to get the lineup moving and kept interrupting and misunderstanding me when I tried to explain what I needed to do, resulting in the whole process taking longer than it needed to. Also it turns out she filled out the paperwork incorrectly so I need to go back.

Branch manager is on holiday and they don't have any contigency plan for large amount approval. Staff looked super entitled when they told me they can't provide the service and justt told me to go to another branch. So it took me 20 mins to drive to another branch and waited in line for a hour. Great service, go to hell TD.

17 year Td client and I don’t use tellers for a reason nore do I keep money in that account for a good reason, for the first time I had to use a teller and they made 3 mistakes to many. If you need to use their tellers make sure you check all receipts make sure they actually did you’re transactions and the dates are right for everything because they won’t.Email sent.Also error was corrected by a different td & bank manager.

Been using the bank ATM and tellers for about a year for my business, and decided to move my personal accounts over from RBC (35+ years).Jonathan & Anthony took superb care of me. All my needs were met and everything was clearly explained.Instead of letting me apply for certain things online, they took care of it all, and expedited the approvals because it was done in branch.Just received a beautiful box with my credit card, and can't wait to travel with it.All my interactions at the teller have been pleasant, and some actually humorous...like the staff seem to be enjoying themselves while at work.This might be a small thing, but being called by name as I come in, makes me feel like a member of the TD family, not just a number on a plastic card.Bravo Verdun branch. You won me over.

Avoid at all cost. Absolutely no internal communication with other TD services. Very poor knowledge of their own system. Mishandling of bank draft. I cannot count how many false informations I’ve been told in a period of 3 days all of the 7, yes 7 times I’ve had to go in person to this place to close a car loan. Terrible experience

This has been my bank for over 20 years. The staff is always kind and always polite. Never an issue at this branch. TD bank IS the place for ALL your banking needs .

The level of incompetence is actually shocking. It took 3 years for them to correct the mistakes made on an RESP acc. Application. We received no grants for 3 years! They are great at opening tickets that do not get resolved. They even had the nerve to tell us to call the government ourselves. Then they apologized and offered a compensation that we never received. They don’t even know what they don’t know! they also messed up the investment acc for my mother and my children. They offer products and services that they simply cannot fulfill

Efficient and friendly staff. They are very respectful even if you're just asking questions. They provide the best customer service I've ever had in a bank in Canada so far. Will continue to to business here since bank hours are also convenient!Also, their security guard are very informative when it's crowded (especially before closing time)

Went to deposit a cheque. Manager was more rude than the staff. She argued that I was not providing the correct name for my company that they have on my account. Right, I don't know what the name is of the company I've owned for 18 years!!! She prints it out and tells me it's not the same as what is on the cheque! I found out later that it's their system which cuts off the name after x number of characters! Some branches have better service, but the manager here is just rude!

Bunch of clowns! Today was the third time in two years that my time was wasted at an appointment regarding my investment accounts. From now on I'm going to the Monkland branch. There it seems that the staff knows what they are doing and they have a coffe machine.
