“I bought a ribbon skirt from here and I went to pick it up the next weekend. The store is very full and lots of items to choose from. I also bought a key rack, beaded dangle earrings, and a Keychain. The owner was there she is so kind and courteous great service. ? I wish I would have bought this barette for myself but I'll definitely be back again. “This is honestly one of the best thrift stores I’ve been to! The clothes are really well curated — you still get that authentic thrift store vibe, but everything feels thoughtfully selected and organized. The prices were reasonable, and the staff was kind and welcoming. I was assisted by Feliph, who provided excellent customer service and made the whole experience even better.
There’s a wide variety of items here — from seasonal clothing to accessories and home decor, there’s something for everyone. The music playing in the background was great and really set a good mood while shopping. The decor of the store also stood out to me — it had this charming, vintage aesthetic that made the space feel cozy and inspiring.
One note: the name of the store suggests there’s a café inside, but I didn’t see one during my visit. Still, the shop itself is a gem, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

“Nice second hand store with good prices, but there aren't many toys or nice items of clothing, mostly discontinued items and vintage books. It's worth a try if you're in the area or interested in old books. The store is a little cramped.”

People who write that the prices are invented and expensive: it's a mess. The man who works here doesn't have all the prices in mind. He judges the price based on the quality he sees. We can then negotiate and arrive at a better price. Like in a bazaar.”
“Decent selection, clean and organized most of the time (except further into the weekend). Employees are friendly and service is good, with some hiccups. Nicer picks than other Renaissances if you can manage to get them before they’re picked through (it’s a popular branch!), noticeably a majority of donations from the Plateau area.”

“I like to visit this shop every now and then to see what they have on sale & buy second hand. During a recent visit with my partner we had a good experience and friendly customer service from Elise. Nice selection in the store. Since some shops offer it, we asked if they'd be willing to take our old stove when they delivered the new one to repair and re-sell it, but this isn't a service they provide. Just a heads up to organise that before having your item delivered, if you don't have room to store it.”

“Jordan is the best, I've been shopping here for as long as I can rember but I recenlty had a bad experience with an employee who didn't even looked me in the eye to help me solve an issue, but Jordan, the manager is amazing, very kind, helpful and resourceful, I aspire to be as helpful as him at my job. Keep it going, this is the only place where I donate new items and then thrift other stuff because I believe in the mission The Salvation Army has, I hope other employees treat customers better.”
