“I visited the ecodepot for the first time today, and not only did I find exactly what I was looking for, but also received exceptional customer service from the only employee working, Andrew! He was helpful, informative, and working very hard as he was the only person on staff on a busy Saturday evening. The only concern I have is that there should definitely have been more staff members on the floor, because busy Andrew was running around like crazy accommodating all of the customers. Honestly, it seemed a bit unfair, because Andrew should have been receiving double his hourly wage for how much he was handling.”

Super bright, exceptionally organized ( I wish I had pictures) everything was clean and shiny ( it’s looks like they’ve taken the time to wash and polish everything made of glass and silver/ brass)What I did notice about the clothes, they were not organized by colour anymore and EVERYTHING had a place either hung up or placed on a shelf. (nothing in baskets to did through) Much more like a standard store. The staff was super friendly and very helpful especially that it was a SELF SERVICE CASHIER. Overall a very pleasant experience the only other store as clean and organized is the one on Des Source in the West Island, I wonder if the same management ????A great place to go !! Enjoy ??”
