“Car was stuck on ice, on an incline. Contacted them through Instagram message. Very quick to respond, with an estimate. Quick to arrive onsite. The gentleman assisting was very polite and professional. Payment with receipt, through e-transfer. Transparent and legitimate. Highly recommend!”
“My car got scraped up in a hit and run and Carstar was able to repair and repaint my vehicle and had it looking like new faster than expected. Truly a 5-star experience altogether! The team is composed of exceptional workers— there’s literally no one I trust more to take care of my car than Carstar. A BIG special thank you to Kevin and Carl!! 🙌🏽”
“Had a really great experience at this garage. The team was super easy to talk to, really professional, and made the whole process stress-free. They took care of all the issues with my car (multiple issues fixed on the same day!) and I genuinely felt well looked after the entire time. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others! ?”

“Excellent service from "Albertow" (and excellent pun). Human, reassuring and trustworthy services. Good price. Only downside: it took more than an hour before the tugboat arrived, but I had been warned by phone. It was a traffic issue.”
“I can’t say enough good things about my experience. My tow truck driver Matthew went completely above and beyond. He was friendly, professional, incredibly kind, and genuinely cared about helping me.
He not only towed my vehicle to the dealership, but then drove me all the way back home. He even loaded my bicycle into the back of the tow truck so I wouldn’t have to worry about getting it home, and when we arrived, he helped carry my bags inside.
In a situation that could have been very stressful, he made the entire experience so much easier with his positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile. This company is extremely lucky to have an employee like him. Outstanding customer service—I would highly recommend this company because of him!”
