Was fine for a gas station

Do NOT Prepay for Gas!
I prepaid $100 for gas but only filled up $45 worth. Normally, the station should release the $100 hold and charge the actual amount ($45), but instead, I was charged the full $100! My car can’t even hold that much gas.
When I tried to resolve this, the store staff were extremely unorganized and unprofessional. I called them, and they told me to come in between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. When I arrived, they said the boss wasn’t there and told me to call the next day at 10 a.m. I called again, and they told me to come back to the store. Hopefully I can dispute it through my bank. Very frustrating experience!

On the 15th of October I prepaid $10.00 to fill up my scooter and it cost $6.14 and today were the 21st of October and still haven't got the difference back on my credit card it's not normal every where else I get it back the same day right away.

I really don’t understand what’s happening with Ultramar gas stations. They’re all changing into Esso.
So anybody with an Ultramar gift card if you find an Altamar gas station you better use it now otherwise your card will be useless and Ultramar will not reimburse you , not very nice of Ultramar
