Our insurance paid to have our car fixed here. We brought it back twice, because they hadn’t fixed it properly. Finally we went to another garage and paid 250$ out of pocket to get our car fixed properly. Will never be back.

Excellent service! Everyone was very friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. I was given a courtesy car free of charge while my vehicle was being repaired. The work took a little longer than expected, but I wasn’t in a hurry and the result was first-class. The prices aren’t the cheapest, but the quality and professionalism make it well worth it. Highly recommended!

Leave your vehicle with this bodyshop if you want to wait PERPETUALLY! This company takes in too many work than it can actually handle.
On my 17th day waiting for the quotation, I finally decided to call them and told them I'm going for another bodyshop. They said there are a lot of customers before us waiting to be served and they would get back to us soon. The same afternoon, a lady called and said the quotation was ready.
But it's just lies and excuses one after another. Once you sign and approve the repair, nothing you can do but wait. Now 14 days after insurance approved the repair, they told us they did not receive the parts yet. I then drove to my dealer (Lexus Brossar) and the guy at Parts and Services told me it takes ONE day to receive the exact parts needed, shipped from Ontario and not impacted by the Canada Post strike.
I would not ever believe anything they say. If you plan to give your business to this company, make sure you have in writing how long it would take to fix your vehicle, especially if you have an insurance claim and you have a capped amount for rental cars, because you'll soon find out that rental car amount depleted and you'll have to pay on your own before they fix your car.

I had work done through my insurance. They replaced my exaust system and put on the lowest quality parts available. My check engine light came on because it's a cheep aftermarket catalytic converter. The muffler is louder than the original. Three years later it started to rust out, and now it's hanging off. The garage says that parts are only guaranteed two years.

I had a very bad experience with FIX auto in Verdun. After being referred by Assurances Auto Desjardins for a claim, I quickly realized that there was a scam going on. FIX auto incorrectly assessed my claim, which distorted my claim request. After more than 6 months, I am still resolving this same dispute. So to avoid experiencing the same problems, I do not recommend that you do business with FIX auto Verdun at all. M Bellegarde
