“Superb butcher shop that carries beautiful meat (of course) as well as pre-marinated products that are ready to cook at home.They have a freezer section that includes a panoply of different locally made sausages that are whispering your bbq's name. We got some plump maple, pepper, & chipotle sausages that I can't wait to throw on the grill.If you need seafood they have that too.The fellow at the counter was friendly and very knowledgable about his product. I was excited to discuss meats with him and so will you be - in either french or english.”
“On our way, we stopped at this small butcher's shop. We had a marinated flank steak as well as a beef skewer. After cooking on the BBQ, what more can I say than this meat was incredibly tender and very tasty!! The butcher's staff were super nice and took the time to introduce us to their homemade products. These people are truly passionate! Their good humor is contagious. I recommend to everyone. Too bad we're not from the region.”
