No one communicates with each other at this place, I won't say everything that happened but I can tell you that I canceled my test drive at least 4 times because he had sold the vehicle I wanted to buy.

This is the opinion I wrote the day I ordered my used vehicle a year ago: "Store and fleet well stocked and clean, top-notch team, all the staff are attentive and the sellers are perfect! Especially Hugo! I recommend very, very highly! "Here is the updated opinion: TO ESCAPE URGENTLY! Indeed, under their big smile hide dishonest people, we bought a car for my wife and one for me, a few months later we realized that they had sold us with a serious and dangerous brake defect, we returned they did some of the repairs without any excuse whatsoever even though they sold us a vehicle which put the safety of the occupants at stake... I asked to have the file for my vehicle and 1 year later I still don't have it not had… But today I know why! Because there was a carfax with 2 major events on my vehicle and of course they must have "FORGETTED" to tell me on the day of the sale oh what a shame!!!! And yes, because I would have known that, I would never have bought the vehicle! So I don't know if they do this to everyone or just because they saw 2 freshly arrived French people arriving and it would be easy. But this concession is a SHAME, be very careful if you go there, don't be fooled by appearances, they are deceiving!

I made an appointment Monday June 19, 2023 in the morning via a reservation center (I didn't know it was a Mazda reservation center) to go test drive a 2009 Pontiac VIBE car. I received confirmation shortly after informing me that my appointment was booked for the next day June 20 at 3:00 p.m. I even received a call back the next day while I was on my way to the dealership. However, upon arriving there, I was informed that the vehicle was sold on Monday (signed bill of sale). I knew that the steps I was taking (reservation, appointment confirmation) were done through another service and not at the dealership directly. There is a serious communication problem because I was never informed that the vehicle had been sold which would have saved me from having to travel from the south shore of Quebec (i.e. 3 hours round trip) and spending gas for nothing. I don't know if this type of communication problem happens often or if it's a tactic to get the customer to come on site to offer them another car (in short, conclude another sale). I don't remember the names except those of Julien and Sonia with whom I had email exchanges. In short, if you make an appointment, communicate directly with the dealership because they do not seem to communicate with each other.
