Bonjour, j'ai toujours eu un bon service au Shell. A toute les Shell que je suis allée, j'ai toujours eu un bon service. Aujourd'hui, je suis allée au Shell et je suis allée vérifier mon code de lavage auto si était valide avant de passer au lave auto. La caissière m'a répondu il n'a pas été utile mais il est expiré. Alors je lui ait demander si c'est possible de me renouveler pour que je puisse l'utiliser. (Toutes les Shells que je suis allée, ils m'ont toujours renouvelée le coupon même s'il était expiré). La caissière m'a répondu que non car il est expiré. Je trouve cela vraiment dommage que vous n'offrez pas le même service que d'autres Shell donne pour garder ça clientèle et donner du service. Déçu.
