Extremely surprised at the size of this department store. From clothing to housewares, food and furniture this store has it all. We were able to find products unavailable in nearby Temiskaming Shores Ontario. So many things to see in Ville Marie Quebec on Lake Temiskaming.

J’ai visité votre magasin aujourd’hui, j’ai détesté mon expérience on a jamais été maltraité comme aujourd’hui la madame nous a traité comme si on été des voleurs , parce que leur machine à détecter quelque chose cela ne veut pas dire qu’on ai des voleurs et qu’il faut nous fouiller à main devant tout le monde?. On va jamais remettre les pieds dans ce magasin.

It's OK except for the service. Cashier was not friendly. They don't even offer a bag to put your purchases in. I had forgotten my bags and ended up having to carry several things in my arms to the car dropping an item and breaking it outside. Was upset and will not return to this store. If I take the time to shop in a store, the least they can do is have bags for those who forget theirs or don't have any. I would expect to pay for the bag but they should have bags.

Just okay...lots of clothing, but short on other items (couldn't find even one queen size mattress protector...maybe it's covid). Staff are pleasant.
