Disappointed and ripped off. At first Stephan gave me a good quote so i went with him and signed papers. Took 3 months to get the policy/insurance after closing date of my house. Also was supposed to be $1000 Deductible and about $3000 per year for coverage. When Things were finalized without notice my insurance is $2500 deductible and about $3500 per year for coverage. He does not respond to my emails or phone calls, Will be changing to different brokerage come renewal

Difficult to follow up. No returns to my emails and calls. This has happened a few times. I'm really disappointed!
