Super nice grocery store with a lot of variety, but a little competition wouldn't go amiss.

Why not close, There is never anything, the freshness often leaves something to be desired, for fruits and vegetables. In any case we have to go to Bromont when we want to do a complete grocery store, and we go to the IGA, which is nicer. Example today I only needed a few items, I went to Waterloo. Eska carbonated water, a bottle on the shelf and not in the warehouse. 2 bottles of dish soap on the shelf and not in the warehouse, no more Capicollo Première Moisson, no Lactantia milk. What are you for? It's time to have another grocery store, Waterloo is growing, I hope that other banners will come and give us the service that you don't offer. I'm writing my comments to you, but many people in Waterloo think like me and would also like a grocery store you can count on.

Great quality and staff and the store itself is just great. Smiles and politeness.

Everything is exceptionally expensive, and the self-service checkouts are exceptionally unpleasant. The water in the sink in the hall is exceptionally hot, enough to burn the skin very quickly.
Renovations are a bit like spitting on the customer, he who enters the beautiful, freshly renovated grocery store, financed by our wallets and who is reminded every time he meets his eyes with a product at a crazy price .
At least they compensate with the loyalty card, which exchanges our privacy for a few dollars and ultra-targeted advertising.

We find everything we need there. The staff is friendly. We do not find the variety and quality of that of Bromont. Fruits and vegetables perish quickly. Prices too high.

Fruits and vegetables frequently rotten and overpriced.

I plugged my vehicle into the charging port. It's beautiful inside.

I have lived in Waterloo for 3 years and I find that the friendliness of the staff has greatly improved. The freshness of fruits and vegetables requires a little improvement, but the quality of your meats is superior at the Bromont Metro.

In the old store he had space for baskets. The parking lots were also practical and wide. Since the renovations, the store is jammed with 20 customers, in the parking lot, my truck wheels touch a line and I have 6 inches on the other side. I don't think the owners have ever gone to a grocery store to see that it's not a practical way to build.

IT IS TIME TO TRAIN THE EMPLOYEES WHO ARE SUPPOSED TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DEPARTMENTS. I FELL (ON AUGUST 15, 3 p.m.) ON A MOST LAZY AND IGNORANT ATTENDANT OF HER PRODUCTS IN THE BAKERY. ME AND ANOTHER CUSTOMER SIMPLY RESPONDED THAT SHE DID NOT KNOW AND DID NOT MAKE ANY CHECKING AND DID NOT WANT TO DO SO DESPITE THE CUSTOMER'S REQUEST AND DID NOT SEEM TO KNOW HER PRODUCTS WHEN ASKED ABOUT SOMETHING ALSO AS SIMPLE AS A BOSTON CAKE...PLUS I FELL ON A CAKE FROM A MONTH WHICH WAS DRY AND NOT COOL. THE MORE IT GOES, THE HARDER IT GETS. IT'S NOT ALL ABOUT GROWING YOUR STORE.
The metro bus being one of the most expensive and being the only ones for the region doesn't really leave us a choice. But the store is for average sharp. The fruit and vegetable department is good, as a bakery despite the lack of department staff. The meat is expensive, however. Some frequent inventory problems. The cashier employees are polite and friendly and most of them smile. But many do not know their products in several departments

You come in with money and you go out uncovered because it's so expensive, it's 20 times more expensive than in Granby, all because they have a monopoly in Waterloo, it's disgusting.

Much too expensive for having shopped a lot at most, the price for the same item is double here. A 3-item grocery store for $43! Let’s see!
