I came for information regarding parts, I was answered but the attitude of the lady who answered me was far from appreciated. She sounded very haughty and uncourteous. I returned with my bike and was answered this time by a young man from the repair shop. Very kind and answered all my questions without pressure selling or denigrating me about the age of the bike, its condition and the little knowledge I have on the subject.
Update: I just had a bad moment/bad day regarding the lady. She was very helpful the next few times.

I bought an electric bike, within a year I went back 8 times for breakdowns, repaired each time, but suddenly the warranty ended with no service. It's been 3 times that spokes have broken in my rear wheel, they are supposed to find out and call me back, no calls in 1 month.

I am new to cycling at 60 years old. On several occasions, the Pédalier gang gave me maintenance, adjustment and even repair tips. Thanks to them, I got rid of my first puncture alone on my electric fat bike on the rear wheel. They are not looking to make money at all costs on our backs. They share their passion for cycling with us. But when we need them for an emergency, they do everything they can to accommodate us. They are awesome!

I'm Italian, I was visiting Quebec as one of my stops of my canadian trip. When I came across this shop I had to stop immediately. The store is fully equipped with every bike accessory you may need. As it happens, I was looking for a bike. Since this store is the N. 1 Kona retailer, I checked. Serge, the owner, and his team were all very kind and professional with me. They even assembled a bike for me to try on the spot. Unfortunately I had not enough time to organize the export of the bike to Italy and I had to skip a great opportunity. But the store and its people are great! Go check it out!

I went to see them for a mountain bike for my son who is 12 years old and is part of a bike club. Excellent service, they take the time to ask us questions to give us good advice and they don't put pressure on us to buy. When we chose the bike, they took the necessary measures to properly adjust it (example: cutting the handlebars so that it was the right width). A mechanical check and necessary adjustments are made before we leave with it at no additional cost. We can clearly see that these are passionate employees.

We were looking for a Fat bike and found the right size with studded tires on the Pédalier website. We were pleasantly surprised to find that they deliver to the Montreal area! Delivery with CTMA was super simple and fast. We had the bike in less than a week.At the same time, we ordered the same bike in a small size from the Costco website and it arrived at the same time without studded tires. Ultimately, the one at Costco came out more expensive and the one from Pédalier a better deal with impeccable service!Thanks to the entire Pédalier team!
