Bad after-sales service. Wall-mounted air conditioners leak indoors, damaging walls and floors, and no longer cool, less than a year after installation.
When we call them, they only call back 48 hours later, and can only come a month later to analyze the problems. Summer will almost be over. We are extremely disappointed to have chosen this company. To avoid.

I had made several quotes and this company was the highest. I chose it for the professionalism of its representative Yves, his explanations on the device and I did not regret it. The technicians do an excellent job and the entire installation was completed in one day. It was explained to me very well and patiently. The device is silent (it is on the balcony) and the air distribution in each room is uniform.

Thank you to the Expair team for agreeing to accommodate me.
