“I recently visited Hachem, and I must say it’s a treasure trove for artists and creatives. Hachem boasts an impressive selection of art supplies. From brushes to canvases, they’ve got it all. Whether you’re a seasoned artist or just starting out, you’ll find what you need. What caught my eye was the diverse range of easels. They come in various shapes and sizes, catering to different artistic needs. Whether you prefer tabletop easels or sturdy floor-standing ones, Hachem has you covered. The array of color mediums is delightful. Watercolors, acrylics, oils—you name it. Hachem ensures that artists can explore their creativity with a rich palette of hues. The staff at Hachem are true gems. They’re knowledgeable, approachable, and always ready to assist. Whether you’re seeking advice on materials or looking for inspiration, they’ve got your back. During my visit, I had the pleasure of meeting the daughter of the owner. Her warmth and passion for art were contagious. It’s heartwarming to see a family-run business where personal connections matter. What truly surprised me was that they remembered me from my previous visit six months ago. That level of personalized service makes Hachem stand out.In summary, if you’re an art enthusiast in Laval, Hachem is a must-visit. Whether you’re stocking up on supplies or seeking creative inspiration, you’ll find it here. Kudos to the team for fostering a welcoming and memorable experience!”

“Friendly service and they entertain and recommend supplies that I need. Pocket-friendly paint brushes and lots of variety to choose from but too bad they don’t have the leather deglazer I was looking for. Somehow I was pleased I visited this place and the whole street was full of fabric vendors, arts and everything eye-pleasing.. Awesome!”
“Great service and very friendly. Good discounts. Lots of options for custom frames. However they only have materials for beginners and students, they do not have oil paints and brushes for artists which are more expensive. Pebeo oil colors are made in China and only good for beginners. Overall a good place to start for someone that wants to try painting.”

“We participated in a workshop with our 3 year old and loved our experience. In terms of duration it was perfect. The proposed time too. The workshop was well animated. We left with our 3 year old's work of art and we are super proud of it. Our daughter loved it”

10 Rue Villeneuve E, Montréal“Bring an experimental mind, I selected beige, or I use it for pencil sketching people to have a skin tone base. The $1.50 for size 24 x 36 sheets, I paid for three sheets first, then used the cork backed 24" metal ruler off their spiral rack in corner. I measured 8 x 11 with a pencil also from their steadler collection, and cut my pieces, do they would fit in my file folder collection. I purchased new erasers and Progresso, two teal/turquoise colored pencils one grey Progresso, a steadler 12B, and 3 Lyra Rembrandt-splendors. Which the wonderful clerk ingotmed me, it gives blending a sheen!!! Happy off I went, to leave, one teal as a gift, to daughter in law, for my stay at her home. Please, forget you are in this sheet, basement, with a dusty bit of aroma and delve into your imagination, with playful possibilities while browsing.”
“The extensive variety of materials available caters to all crafting needs, while the swift processing of online orders ensures a seamless and efficient shopping experience for customers.”
