Worst store, no credit note and no refund without notice.
You can exchange but don't even offer gift cards either.
Finally, you want to exchange but you have to find something at exactly the same price otherwise he keeps your money ? (thieves!)
Only store in Montreal that does this. Last time we went there.

Thieves /Voleurs!
Huge price mark up. Not interested in helping a very unsatisfied customer with proof that their price was marked up by more than 70%.
Did not want to help with refund.
Refused any type of conflict resolution.
Worts customer experience of my last decade.
Be very aware of the Westmount premium when you shop in that store and be aware that if you have a problem with your item, you will be stuck having to keep it (they have no willingness towards listening/helping customer after sales process is complete).
A total Rip off with an ancient attitude towards client.
They will reply by this complaint justifying themselves with product code or else.
This is worth addressing.

A store that lives up to its name!! THUMB owners LOL Very bad experience! We bought a Mini A Ture winter suit for our baby but we got the wrong model, it was our mistake. No refunds possible, exchange only. That says a lot about company policy: $$$ comes before customer satisfaction. The person we spoke to on the phone was more than cold, she didn't look for solutions, in any case we had already paid $400, so what's the point, they had nothing more to gain. AH YEAH! Satisfied customers and a happy baby.

I was standing in line to make a purchase when my toddler grabbed a plushie from a basket on the floor. Before I could say a thing, an employee walked up to chastise me that kids are not allowed to touch the toys. This is understandable but why put them at children’s height and snap when they’re touched by a child?? Also, I would have told my daughter to put it back if given the chance to.I put the item I intended to buy back down and will be purchasing it online instead. I’ve been to many nice toy stores with my child and have never had this experience. Will not be coming back.

I loved going to this store until I went there with my 4 year old daughter. The employee followed us everywhere and forbade him to touch anything because of covid. The employee told me that it was a request from the owner, that she had to clean everything that was touched. It is February 2023. All measures except hospitals have been withdrawn. The last time, over a year ago, she was very insistent about not touching.
I felt we had atoned. My daughter is respectful in these environments by only taking one toy at a time. I would have managed, maybe I didn't look rich enough ??♀️. I was just going there so she could choose a gift.
In short, I prefer Veille sur toi in Laval or in St-Jean-Sur-le-Richelieu Le Petit cocon which surpass their offer of quality and eco-responsible toys. It seems normal that a child can interact with toys in a toy store... in these other stores, we recognize children's need for movement, it is clean and facing is done with customers and staff.

Great selection of European brands. It was last minute Xmas shopping and just in one week (I’ve ordered to the USA) I got perfectly wrapped toys with very accurate note on every package, so I would know what is inside. I will definitely shop here again.

The place is amazing and has great products. BUT. Their service is so bad. The lady took over 30 minutes to figure out how to process a gift certificate and wrap it. While she was busy doing so, a grumpy other lady was watching our toddler: she was “playing” with a dinosaur and she told us that it was “too expensive to play with”. My child is old enough to listen and also, if she breaks anything we can afford buying it. It’s a nice kids store but for adult only!

I placed an online order online from Moncton, and within minutes the owner/ sales rep called me to let me know the play stroller I had ordered would not fit the doll I had ordered with it. She then offered to refund me for the stroller. I really appreciated her honesty, and it was nice of her to reach out instead of simply waiting for me to make a return by mail. I will most definitely be supporting this business in the future! Merci bcp!
