Small pharmacy, packed with products hard to work around , employees are helpful about the pharmacy there’s always a waiting time more than usual at the end all are nice with full of respect

Worst pharmacy. Tell you they have prescription but won’t give it to you and extremely rude staff?they also never answer the phone. Avoid this place at all costs.

When calling in a prescription and arriving to collect it many hours after the promised time, 80% of the time it's not ready. Recently made a request for a 3 month supply, they got it wrong.

I go to this JC every monday morning for 2 4L bottles of water and whatever else i need on Monday mornings. This morning, around 8 am, i passed by and decided to go to the cosmetic section. I was looking for a reversa product. I heard on the intercom a call for clientel service to go to that area. Then, i heard another mention on the intercom that a "clochard" was in that section. I was the only one there. I am properly dressed (all in black though). Nothing about me shows that i am a hobo (which i am not). The person on the intercom continued to call for a clientel service personel to be present in that area. Then, they called "code etoile". They addressed the cashier in the intercom too.Needless to say, i dont understand how i was identified as a "clochard" and think it was highly inappropriate. I understand not wanting someone to steal but at least dont make assumptions on who is present in the store. I will never go back.Edit: still waiting on a response.May 15th - still no response

I’ve been using this pharmacy for years with no issue. The past few months it has gone right down hill. There is no call back option to the pharmacy on their automated phone system so you cannot return the pharmacists call when they leave you a message. The pharmacy staff are rude and indifferent to you, if they even bother to acknowledge your existence. I finally decided to complain to the store manager, who in contrast was charming and professional and listened respectfully to my complaint. He explained he has a lot of new staff. I wished him all the best! I can’t help but think that anglophone/bilingual staff leaving, replaced by francophone staff is the result of the radical changes to Bill 96. As a anglophone customer I’m met with indifference. Avoid this pharmacy and take your prescription somewhere more friendlier.*I wanted to add an update. A while after is written this review the pharmacist called me to apologise and resolve the issue over the prescription I’d gone into collect. I thought that was very professional of her and ethically the right outcome.

This JC is the best cute little pharmacy in Westmount. I have been going there at least once a week since 2010. Cashiers are very polite, store is clean and generally I find prices aren't too high (i mean go to pharmaprix and you see the difference). I never had to stand in check-out line for more than 5 mins. 4 star only because of their pharmacy section, always too slow or just no service but I can see why, they are always busy, cramped in a very little space and generally don't seem very happy.

Used app to order meds at 3pm. Chose option for pickup at 6pm. Arrived at 6:30pm. Order not filled yet. They politely apologized but said they couldn’t have order ready for 30 min saying they were busy. Said they would not prioritize my order despite no other clients waiting. I came back 30 minutes later and still had to wait another 30 min. They should stop using app if unable to live up to their time commitments.Btw While I was waiting another man was waiting for meds that the pharmacy forgot to deliver.

They get one star for delivering the right number of pills but none for the quality of their service. I would have noticed the "non-renewable" error on the label (the pharmacist's oversight) had they allowed me to read it instead of immediately putting it below the counter after I paid. Despite knowing that I was a physician and had extensive past experience with this medication they tried to force me to see the pharmacist. I had to practically shout at them to give me the medication I had paid for. They must be billing the RAMQ for patient consultations even when they are unwanted. Note that pharmacists can be invaluable when their software signals potential drug interactions. They can advise on the best way to take a medication (e.g. with food) and be familiar with the 2 or 3 most common side effects. But since they have over 5000 products (most with at least 2 names) their knowledge of each is necessarily superficial. If you don't have time to wait for an unnecessary "consultation" ask to see the label of the medication before paying and then hang on to it as you pay.

Dr faxed Rx at 12:00 noon with contact info but nothing ready at 4:00 pm. Created account and was told 15 minutes. Unfortunately the are not efficient with 6 -7 workers behind the counter

Couldn't help but laugh when I came in.I think a lot of people really enjoy buying discount halloween candy the day after, and this was one of the few stores that actually sold any candy in the neighbourhood. They still had the halloween decorations up, but in the candy's place were a pile of advent calendars and christmas candy. It has left me absolutely dumbfounded, they're losing money on this one. No way anyone sat there and thought about this for more than a few minutes.very sad

The Pharmacists are nice but the main lady at the counter with the cane is super rude. I try to be friendly with her but she gives attitude most of the time.

Not a good pharmacist, prescriptions take forever plus the customer service isn't that great. The rest of the staff are nice in the actual store.

I was in here to buy a couple of chocolate bars at this store at 1222 greene ave in westmount, quebec. The cashier refused to speak English and told me to turn over the chocolate bars with the upc code facing up so he could scan them. That's his job. He sounded mentally ill or from a work program whereby the govt pays Jean coutu to hire this creep. Then the guy says to have a nice day in a warped time of voice. They have creepy staff in this store, mostly French Canadian, who have a bad attitude and seem to hate English customers. Well they shouldn't work in Westmount. It's an English area.
