I really love the selection at Scarpa. Their booties are so nice and stylish and also so comfortable. I’m very happy with the experience I had shopping at Scarpa, with friendly and helpful staff.

The worst service, the saleswoman looks at you doesn't even greet you, the manager even worse... it takes away all the taste of buying the smallest thing from the store and yet there are very pretty collections. In the biggest brands we are more courteous and more professional, in this store you feel that you are annoying and disturbing, terrible whatever in French or English it is not a matter of language but courtesy

Terrible return policy (They only allow one week). Also, the sales rep was very rude.

My husband bought a pair of shoes and his experience with the staff at the store was great. But, the shoes hurt his feet a lot and it was painful to walk on them. He contacted "Customer Service" and their "politics" to return the shoes have been a nightmare. It's been months and he is still on talks with them to have a refund (refund is out of the question) To exchange them it has been a nightmare.

bought shoes today- saleslady nice but deceived by product she sold me - did not want to buy anything from China - saleslady said product I bought not from China - and top of shoe was leather. In effect top of shoe is a prefab material and made in China. Will not visit store again.

Cheaply made shoes and bags. Just because an item was 'imported from Italy from the factory" doesn't mean it's good quality. Poor customer service.

Lovely and comfy pairs of shoes that I got made in Spain, one of them handcrafted !! Attentive and professional employees and for sure I ll be coming back for some rain boots .
Overall, the experience in this store.. The Best !!
