Unacceptable and frustrating experience.
After a long motorcycle ride, I arrived at the campground with the last light of the day, just wanting to pitch my tent and get some rest. I had confirmed a price over the phone, but when I arrived, they tried to charge me 330% more than what was quoted. That’s not just misleading—it’s dishonest. To make matters worse, the director was not bilingual and completely unhelpful. I was left stranded and exhausted. Shame on this place for treating travelers this way😡. Avoid at all costs.

When I reserved my room, no one told me I actually had reserved for the older part of the campground, which is off-site, and at a different Adress. Can be confusing. Very well run campground overall

I found the staff at SBC very helpful and friendly. For those who hammock camp the there are sites that have trees, hydro and water. I give this campsite a very high 4 stars, not 5, only because the water is not drinkable and leaves a noticeable odour even after a shower. We would camp here again.
